At ZEITAUKTION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
